What Clinic-Y does
Clinic-Y is a facilitation agency. We review your case with partner hospitals, show you their proposals, and coordinate travel and aftercare. We are not a healthcare provider. Diagnosis, treatment and medical decisions are made by the licensed doctors and hospitals that treat you, and they are responsible for the care they provide.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Using the platform
- Messages on the platform must not contain phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles or proposals to pay outside the platform. They are screened automatically; a message that breaks these rules may be withheld and the conversation paused until a reconnection fee is settled or a coordinator reviews it.
- Harassment, sexual content and threats are not tolerated and lead to suspension.
- Information you give us must be accurate. Clinics rely on it to plan your care.
Partner clinics
Clinics that join Clinic-Y agree to answer invitations within the published response window, to quote all-inclusive prices in writing, not to contact patients outside the platform, and to publish before and after photos only with the patient’s written consent.
Proposals and prices
Prices on our pages are indicative. The written proposal for your case states the price, what it includes and how long it is valid, and is the only figure that binds.
Liability
We take reasonable care in choosing partners and coordinating your trip. We are not liable for the medical outcome of treatment, which is the responsibility of the treating provider, nor for travel disruption outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers resident in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
