Is it really free?
Yes. Sending your case and having it reviewed costs nothing. The only fee before treatment is the $20 that unlocks your written recommendation, and that is credited to your package if you go ahead.
Who sees my medical documents?
You, your Clinic-Y coordinator, and the medical teams invited to quote on your case. Your name and contact details are withheld from clinics until you accept a proposal.
I do not have any reports yet. Can I still write?
Yes. Tell us what you know. For many treatments we can tell you exactly which tests to have done at home, which saves you days in Istanbul.
Will I be pressured to book?
No. Coordinators are not paid per booking. Many people use the review to decide that treatment at home, or no treatment, is the better path.
