Accessibility during your trip
Tell your coordinator about mobility, sensory or other needs when you send your case. We arrange accessible transfers and hotel rooms, confirm step-free access at the hospital, and book sign language or other communication support where available.
Where we fall short
Some content is not yet fully accessible. Older images may lack detailed alternative text, and documents uploaded by hospitals are not always tagged for screen readers. Automatically translated pages may read less naturally with a screen reader. If any of this stops you from using the site, contact us and we will provide the information another way.
