For international patients it is the practical way to find out whether travelling is worthwhile before booking anything, and to stay in touch with the treating team afterwards. It cannot replace a physical examination, it cannot handle emergencies, and doctors can usually prescribe only within their own country.

Ask your hospital for the original DICOM files on disc or by download link, not photos of a screen. Reports alone are rarely sufficient for procedural decisions.
Is a smartwatch ECG reliable?
It is good at detecting atrial fibrillation when the trace is clean, and poor for diagnosing heart attacks or most other rhythms. Treat alerts as a prompt for proper testing.
