You or your patient send the file
With the patient’s consent: history, imaging, results and the clinical question.
Specialist review
Suitable teams at accredited hospitals review the case and respond in writing, including when they advise against treatment.
Shared plan
You receive the proposed plan and can discuss it with the treating doctor by video or in writing.
Treatment and handover
After treatment you receive the operation note, discharge summary, implant details and follow-up recommendations.
Follow-up with you
Ongoing care returns to you, with a direct line to the treating team for questions.
What we commit to
Independence
We are not tied to any hospital, so recommendations follow the clinical question.
Documentation
Everything in writing and in English, in a format your records system can accept.
Communication
One coordinator for you and your patient, and access to the treating doctor.
No inducements
We do not pay referral fees to doctors, and we do not ask for them.
