Days 1 to 4Proposals and decision
Written proposals arrive side by side with your coordinator’s recommendation. Ask questions, or book a video consultation with the doctor.
In your own timeالحجز
You accept a proposal in writing. A deposit invoice secures the dates. You receive a pre-travel checklist and any tests to complete at home.
Travel planning
Flights are yours to book; we advise on timing. Airport pickup, hotel near the hospital, companion arrangements and interpreter are organised and shown in your trip plan.
Arrival and treatment
You are met at the airport. Consultation, consent with a professional interpreter, pre-operative tests, then treatment. Your coordinator is reachable throughout.
In IstanbulRecovery and fit-to-fly
Check-ups before discharge and before travel. You leave with your records, operation note and medication plan in English.
Aftercare at home
Scheduled check-ins, a route back to the treating team, and, when you are ready, the chance to leave a verified review for the next patient.
