Do I need surgery or just Botox?
Clench your teeth and feel the jaw angle. If a firm muscle bulges, toxin may be enough. If the corner is hard bone that flares outwards, only surgery changes it. A CT scan settles it.
Are there visible scars?

Will my face sag afterwards?
